I have always been intrigued by the many improbabable forms that failed experimental aircraft take. Looking at them now it is easy to say "of course that could never work, it could never fly or land." But at some point someone did believe in them very much. These are all images of designs that were built and then abandoned. There is something sweet and optimistic about them. |
